The service
Doyspot is a CRM service provided by Monocollectif that collects submissions from Facebook and Instagram lead forms, helps you follow up on them, and reports sales stages back to Meta. By using Doyspot you agree to these terms.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password confidential.
- Accounts are activated after approval. Monocollectif may decline an account application without giving a reason.
- You are responsible for the actions of the team members you invite to your account.
Your Facebook account and ads
- You connect your own Facebook account and the Pages you are authorised to manage. Your Pages, ad accounts and business portfolio stay with you; Doyspot does not take them over.
- You are responsible for making sure your ads, forms and targeting comply with Meta's Advertising Policies, Meta's Commercial Terms and applicable law.
- You are responsible for informing people who submit your forms about how their data will be used (your own privacy policy).
Personal data
You are the data controller of the personal data that comes from your ad forms; Doyspot processes it on your behalf. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Prohibited use
You may not use Doyspot to:
- Process data collected without permission, or send bulk messages to people without their consent
- Sell, rent or transfer data to third parties
- Promote illegal products or services
- Attempt to bypass the service's security or access other businesses' data
If use contrary to these terms is detected, the account may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
Service availability
We aim to provide the service without interruption, but changes to Meta's systems, maintenance, or issues with our infrastructure providers may cause outages. If a notification is not delivered in time, a regular sync tries to fill in missing records. Monocollectif is not liable for indirect losses arising from outages.
Closing your account
You can close your account at any time. After closure, your business's data is deleted within 30 days. If you would like to export your data before deletion, contact us.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be communicated to your registered email address or in the dashboard.
